Courtney regularly acts for defendants, their insurers and various government agencies including the Commonwealth in the area of public liability litigation.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from James Cook University. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2023 and joined Thompson Cooper Lawyers in 2025 as a solicitor.
