Jeremy Lagaida
Since joining Thompson Cooper Lawyers in 2011, Jeremy has worked on a wide range of both litigated and unlitigated matters in NSW, ACT, QLD, WA, NT and TAS. He has acted for large corporations, SMEs, the State of NSW, local councils, universities, schools, manufacturers, suppliers, commercial and residential occupiers, head contractors and sub-contractors in construction-related matters, certifiers, engineers, real estate agents, security contractors, individuals and parties subject to s151Z Workers Compensation Act 1987 recovery proceedings.
Jeremy is experienced in handling claims in Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, various Courts of Appeal, the High Court of Australia and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
